Originally from Russia, she has lived, studied, and worked in the United States for 25 years. She was a licensed architect in Russia and after building her first home in the US, she fell in love with all aspects of home construction in this country, all the freedom and choices that are available here. She decided to learn more and pursued a Master degree in Construction Science at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating, she worked 5 years as a manager in home construction industry. She really enjoyed applying her knowledge in architecture and construction to help people build their dream homes! After moving to the Tri-Cities area, she became a licensed realtor. At first, she was not sure that it's a perfect match for her because she never worked in sales before and never liked aggressive salespeople. What she found, to her surprise, is that a lot of people like the same qualities that she likes in sales representatives – ability to give good professional advice, offer choices and information, explain details of transaction and financing options, and, of course, negotiate on client’s behalf and make home buying or selling process enjoyable! She tries to treat people the way she like to be treated. It’s That Simple! It might sound strange, but she thinks in our Digital Age, when we have all kinds of data at our emails, the amount of information can be overwhelming, and we have even more need for experienced advice!
