Being a lifelong native of the beautiful city of Jacksonville, FL, Zenovia Williams, founder, and CEO of Zee Luxe Realty, is extremely knowledgeable of her market and is known for her integrity, confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism. She grew up learning about real estate from her grandfather who not only owned multiple homes and apartment complexes, but also was a carpenter who had many projects in his portfolio. Having had a successful career in corporate America for over 20 years, Zenovia prides herself on focusing on each customer’s needs and brings a diverse background to the field of Real Estate. She uses her sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to ensure that each of her customers makes sound decisions. Because she has a passion for helping others, her primary goal is to alleviate the frustration that goes along with buying and selling real estate so that her customers can revel in the excitement and anticipation of beginning a new chapter in their lives.

Zenovia is highly involved in her community by partnering with local organizations to provide education on the value of home ownership. She sits on the local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers as the 3rd VP of Community Outreach and is the 2nd VP of Community Outreach with the Women’s Council of the First Coast. In 2015 she founded W.A.V.E. Inc which is a non-profit organization where it is her goal to help women and youth to reach their full potential. W.A.V.E. is an acronym for: We Are Victorious and Empowering. Through W.A.V.E., Zenovia is dedicated to educating her community and helping to build mindsets to promote generational wealth.

Her non-profit organization now operates under the name of W.A.V.E. ~ A Derrius Wolf Foundation in honor of her oldest son whom she lost to a traffic accident in 2016. Derrius was an officer with the Department of Justice who was very passionate about becoming a police officer since the tender age of 5. She, and her other children who serve on the board, provide support to young adults who also share the same aspirations. Her family is passionate about keeping Derrius’ legacy alive and doing their part to help encourage others to make a choice to LIVE while doing great things with no regrets. Through her foundation, she awards the Derrius Wolf Foundation Scholarship to deserving seniors. God has given her the strength and courage to pour into others, provide exceptional service to all, be forever willing to help and have a natural ability to go above and beyond for each of her customers.
