Hi, I’m Zhanna! I’ve called Tri-Cities home since I was six, when my family moved to the U.S. in 1995—and I couldn’t imagine raising my own three daughters anywhere else. For nearly a decade, I poured my heart into running a successful house-cleaning business. It taught me the value of hard work, trust, and what it means to truly care for someone’s home. But over time, I realized I wanted to serve people in a bigger way—helping them not just maintain a home, but find the one that fits their life and story. That’s what led me to real estate.
