Ziad Raphael

Ziad has more than 17 years of experience both as a commercial Real Estate Broker and as a Real Estate Investor. As an investor, Ziad has accumulated over a decade, a very large portfolio of Multifamily, single family, condos and duplexes, as well as commercial real estate portfolio consisting of shopping centers and industrial properties. Ziad Core focus is on value add investments and his properties are located in South Beach, North Miami, Little Haiti as well as other parts of Miami Dade.

Ziad soon realized from his investor’s perspective that no real estate brokerage would be complete without providing the after care that the property management presents. Hence the idea of Manage Miami Realty came to life: A company providing a complete real estate solution, from sales to rental to management, backed by Ziad’s invaluable experience and vast resources accumulated by managing his own portfolio. Prior to founding Manage Miami Realty, Ziad was Commercial division Manager at SBI Realty Inc., where he constantly ranked as top producer for Commercial Real Estate sales.Ziad graduated with a Masters in International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Massachusetts and holds a Law Degree from St Joseph University in Lebanon. Ziad is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
