I had a wonderful experience having Zilma as my realtor. First off, Zilma worked with me through start to finish, from actually applying for my home loan to getting me to the closing table, she was a literal breathe of fresh air! We all know how the housing market can be in Florida during this time and homes are very quick to go but Zilma made sure that even if one deal didn’t go through, she would continue using all her efforts and resources to searching around for my dream home, which we found!!!!!! She also made sure I got the best deal possible by saving me tons of money on closing costs, she was truly an Angel throughout this entire process and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She will work for you and take her time doing research to get you the best possible outcome that fits your needs. Also…side note, she is very very detail oriented and she made sure everything was in writing as it related to contracts. That’s always somebody you want to have in your corner. She is really good as what she does and truly just an all around, down to earth and truth worthy agent!

Transitioning from military life to civilian life can be difficult specially if you are coming from a different state and don't know anybody. Zilma was definitely a great help for our family. She provided not only a professional but an effective service.Thanks to Zilma, we were able to find the right rental that we were looking for. From the minute I contacted her, she was actively engaged with locating the right house for my family. Due to work schedule, I was not able to see potential homes during work hours, Zilma was able to not only arrange evening showtimes, she always made herself available. Zilma's knowledge of the market was crucial in ensuring that we did not overpay for a property and was awesome in negotiating the agreement. So grateful to be working with Zilma.
