Zina is amazing. To say she went above and beyond doesn't cover it. We were looking for a home in Texas from Wyoming. Zina did a FaceTime showing of one house and we made an offer. When the inspection came back with a lot of red flags she was quick to withdraw the offer, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HER LISTING. She had her assistant do another video showing for us and we closed on that house. Zina was quick to respond and anticipated our needs. Kimberley is an energetic and compassionate professional. I appreciate being able to work with her on the sale of my home. It was a difficult decision, and something I didn't want to do, but she had things well in hand.

Edited to add: Keep tabs on the title company, though. It seems our contract was never sent to the company with which we had homeowners insurance. It wasn't until a year after the sale, when we received notice that our policy was about to be renewed, that we realized this. We had to scan and send the necessary paperwork ourselves, to prove we no longer owned the home and get the policy canceled, as they had never received notice of the sale. This was our third time selling a home, and we had never experienced an issue like this before. Not sure which end dropped the ball, but not happy about it, either way. Things like that shouldn't happen.

If you don’t use her, you missed out on the BEST.... she guided us in so many ways.... we originally had an analysis done on our home with the intention of listing in the spring. Zina has been our realtor for years now. She found our Burnet, Texas land, sold it later very quickly I might add. A year later she helped us buy a lovely home on two acres in Lampasas. Man....does this lady cover lots of areas! She also knows what’s available before it’s even listed. She’s a go getter and we love working with her.

My review is I don't want to review Zina....here's why. I like to research who I use for something this important. I did the research and she showed up as one of the best in the area. And she is! I've used her for 3 years on 4 properties and I am a full time real estate investor. So its a catch 22, if I say she's great, everyone will want to use her. But I know she is going to do an job awesome job for everyone else like she did for me.
