When we made the tough and inevitable decision to sell our house and buy another one, we were extremely nervous. We knew the frustrations associated with the whole process but to add an unhelpful real estate agent was what scared us the most. THEN we met Zinah!!! She turned out lives around. She sat us down and actually educated us about the ins and outs, and, dos and don'ts of the housing market. She even explained each an every paper/document we signed just so we unknowingly wouldn't sell our kidneys 😅😅. It did take some patience on our part but today we can confidently say that it was worth it and we are grateful to Zinah. Zinah no doubt went above and beyond, from putting our listing out to the world with extra marketing tactics, to organizing a beautiful open house and finally to finding us our dream house in the exact location of our preference and at a price lower than what we were seeking. She maintained transparency throughout the process about conversations with all parties involved which made us feel comfortable and offered clarity to the process. She no doubt puts the client first and didn't pressurize us into anything instead she coached us so that we could make informed decisions. She definitely adds a personal touch to all her deals and she has become a part of our family too.
