Zoe Davila

Zoe has been a real estate professional in the Jacksonville and surrounding areas for the last two years. She is a Jacksonville native and completed her primary and secondary education here. Her late mother opened a local restaurant, Forkful, where she began her connection to her community by serving clean and healthy food. Her father purchased the Sportsman’s Lodge in 2008, where she could continue her connection by learning and working to help others in the industry.

To prepare for the real estate industry, Zoe received her education from UNC Greensboro where she was able to sharpen her communication, negotiation, research, and marketing skills that she applies daily to her work environment to better serve her clients. She specializes in suburban communities, gated communities, and the luxury home market. She is diligent, honest, enthusiastic, and determined to help her clients accomplish their personal goals by making them her own goals.

Zoe joined Century 21 Champion for the family feel of the firm lead by broker, Pam Furtney, who strives every day to educate them and make them part of her family. The close-knit environment allows them to learn from and support each other every day to be leaders in service in their community.
