As the daughter of esteemed Realtor Liz Beinfield, Zoe has witnessed exceptional client service and market knowledge throughout her life. In 2020 Zoe and Liz co-founded the Beinfield Collective, a top-producing team brokering over seventy transactions in Rowayton, Darien, Norwalk, New Canaan, Greenwich, Westport, Wilton, and Weston. Since its inception, the team has tripled in size and continues to grow. By leveraging the power of teamwork, the Beinfield Collective is always available to answer questions and able to provide collaboration and creativity to every project.
Born and raised in Rowayton, Zoe has resided in a dozen homes and lived through half as many renovations, so she knows the area’s housing market inside and out. Having started her career in marketing, advertising, and social media 10 years, Zoe brings a creative and strategic approach to marketing her listings. Drawing from her experience of co-founding a home decor and floral business (shout out to Stems + Co), she has a deep-rooted passion and appreciation for design. When entering a home, Zoe helps her clients visualize improvements whether it be for a seller looking to stage or a buyer wanting to make the space their own.
