I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from LTU in 1983 and have been a licensed Builder since 1998. Before becoming a realtor I worked and excelled at management at a construction company for many years. My broad experience in construction from beginning to end of home building process and delivering quality to my clients has given me an excellent opportunity to provide leadership and expertise in Communication, attention to detail, negotiation, organizational skill and enables me to help my clients achieve their goal in securing the best negotiated purchase price as a buyer or seller for an existing home or new construction.
