About Zulay

Let me introduce myself: my name is Zulay (pronounced “Sooli”) Gallagher, and I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela. In June 1972, I was hired to come to work in the USA for an international organization (Inter-American Development Bank) in Washington, DC. I worked for the Bank for more than 20 years.

Having the opportunity to work with professionals from more than 45 different countries, I learned to enjoy getting acquainted with people from many different cultures.

I moved to Florida in 1996. I have lived in Sarasota, Boca Raton, Orlando, and finally returning to Sarasota-Bradenton area in 2014.
Since 1996 I worked in retail, owned my own cosmetic store, had my license as a mortgage broker, and in 2001, I obtained my real estate license.

I enjoy advising prospects as they consider the purchase of a new home, a new office space, or investment property My goal is to make the transaction the most comfortable and the least complicated that it can be. I work with a team of experienced professionals making it a smoothly and successful transaction.
