Between bustling urban centers and the serene meadowlands of New Jersey, Ridgefield offers a suburban experience that's still close to New York City. “You really get the best of both worlds,” says Christian Torres, a Realtor with Keller Williams City Views Realty, who’s been selling homes in the area for six years. The eastern side of the borough features homes and businesses, while the western edge is zoned for industrial use and has some nature preserves.

Important to Know
The area of land to the west of Ridgefield's homes consists of industrial zoning. There is a train depot that runs underneath I-95, which can cause noise in the community.
