Panorama Heights is a pair of subdivisions threaded through by patches of open space that serve as physical reminders of the neighborhood's founding. “Panorama Heights is an old golf course community,” says Justin Tate, Realtor with EXP Realty and area resident of 12 years. “The country club clubhouse burned down in 2011 or 2012, and the area fell into disrepair for a while.
