The master planned community of Triple Creek spans 990 acres into the natural landscape of Hillsborough County. Construction on the development started in the mid-2010s, with three companies contributing to the build. Homes back onto the Triple Creek Nature Preserve, giving owners natural views and quick access to local nature trails. Most of the single-family properties also have artificial lakes as a backyard feature, but they do not offer public access. Homes are also closer together, giving buyers smaller front lawns, but larger fenced-in backyards. Triple Creek also offers residents access to two amenity centers with pools, playgrounds and multipurpose rooms. “It’s a great community, very diverse and family-friendly,” says Elise Raspitzi, a Realtor with Align Right Realty. Housing prices in Triple Creek can range between $350,000 and $800,000. Styles include New Traditional and Mediterranean Revival, with one—and two-story properties available. The neighborhood is overseen by an HOA, but Raspitzi says dues are only $100 per year and grant access to Triple Creek’s amenity centers.
