Why Live in Coast District

The Coast District provides scenic overlooks — the Pacific Ocean to the west and the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains to the east. “The area has plenty of ‘view’ homes. It's a well-established neighborhood,” says broker associate Richelle Redivo, who works with First Team Real Estate and has about two decades of experience in the area. The neighborhood's wide variety of housing allows everyone, from families to 55-plus residents, to enjoy the coastal San Clemente lifestyle.
