BART is fine, but just fine... They do a really great job at getting first generation students interested in and into colleges, although fall short in academic excellency. There is a culture of mediocrity that prevents students from reaching and striving for their full potential; instead, students are congratulated for the bare minimum of passing their classes. (And for some reason many, MANY people do not wear deodorant... just a heads up...)

in my time here at BART it has been a roller-coaster of emotions. I love all the teachers and the community that my class has made together with us only have a class size of 28 students. However in recent endeavors I had some issues where I didn't have a class I needed to get accepted into a college but they didn't catch and error that was made so I could have has it all done.

I have always been accepted here at BART. I've been here since my sixth grade year and each year I become even more comfortable with the teachers and students around me. I only truly had difficulty with my teachers in middle school when I was not the best version of myself. The teachers are caring and giving to the students and will always try and help a struggling student if they need the help, it really shows their dedication and determination to build up a successful school community.

This school started out great in the beginning years, but it has become apparent that students begin to lose a significant amount of academic support once they enter the high school years. My s...

BART is a great alternative to the regional district schools, especially for kids who are less interested in sports and more interested in art. The class sizes are small, and the community is very supportive.
