St. Anthony of Padua, known locally as St. Anthony’s, is a private Catholic grade school located in Akron’s North Hill neighborhood. Serving students in kindergarten through eighth grade, St. Anthony’s and its adjoining parish have been fixtures of the North Hill neighborhood since opening their doors in 1954.
Today, St. Anthony’s enrolls around 200 students and offers a wide range of special programs to students, including full-day kindergarten, after-school tutoring, supplemental math programs, and a STEM program for girls in fourth to sixth grade works in partnership with the Akron Zoo.
St. Anthony’s is fully accredited by the Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association and offers state-required courses in music, art and physical education. Students also receive religious instruction, attend weekly Mass, and take part in daily prayer.
With a student-to-teacher ratio of 18:1, St. Anthony’s is staffed by the Religious Teachers Filippini, a Catholic organization dedicated to operating educational institutions.

I was able to tour the school after some noticeable upgrades to the facilities. The faculty and staff were welcoming and I had a strong sense that they care for the students they serve.

This is a very good school where the teachers really care and the school looks out for the needs of all of its students. And I love the diversity, with families from all over the world!

Would not recommend. The school was likely great at one point but it has lost its touch. They're money hungry yet small and overcrowded. Tuition is so much and your child does not get much out of it.
