The best part about going to Holy Savior Menard is that we are privileged to learn and love our lord. Every month we do an activity called catholic identity, and it is our chance to talk and to learn about each other and getting closer to God. Our school is not the perfect school of choice but if your looking for a place of non-judgment of your bond to the lord or if you're looking for closer relationships with your teacher that is there no matter what and wants you to succeed in life ,this is the school for you.

DO NOT send your children to this school!!! What was once a great school is being decimated by a horrible administration with a King complex. Enrollment is way down and will keep going down until they are replaced.

I graduated from Menard and I am now in my final year medical school. I highly advise any parent reading this to reconsider sending your child here. I was bullied by teachers and the curriculum included teaching against evolution. The junior year English teacher was an absolute bully to specific students.I am disappointed to see she is still there and in the same position. Attending this school was an experience which set me back in my education compared to my peers in college and caused lasting psychological harm. Please consider all options before sending your child here if you desire for them to be happy and successful in modern society.

I'm currently a student at Menard. I'm an 8th grader and i'm on the basketball team. Between school, my studies, and sports practice it's a lot to take in since last year i was in a public school. I enjoy sending my child to Menard. However, the English department is horrible for the Junior class. There is only one teacher that teaches the whole junior class. Also, the Chemistry teacher is extremely lazy and does not know what "teaching" really is. If you want your child to receive a good edu...

Menard is the best option for your child in Rapides Parish. It is much more affordable than private schools in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. However, the education is pretty good!
