There was a ton of bullying problems that administration refused to acknowledge, even after being asked to multiple times. They force the kids to do useless activities that can cause mental breakdowns and panic attacks. The school is not well equipped for neurodivergent and/or queer students.

He had a great high school career here. I've made lots of friends and Mande many memories with them! I recommend getting as involved as you can because it makes the experience worth while. My teachers are always there to help me get better and understand the information we're learning!

At Algona High School they are great with communicating with students about grades and upcoming activities. They also give everyone a chance no matter where they came from and who they are. Algona High School is inclusive, and gives many opportunities to anyone who is willing to take them on.
