Hampton High School is regarded as one of the best public high schools in Pennsylvania, and it surely lives up to its name. Academically, it is incredible. For a school of its size, it has a diverse number of AP and CHS courses which they add to yearly. The teachers are incredible, I have never been in a class where the teacher is unwilling to help you succeed. The school has a great environment, students and faculty included. I can go into college knowing Hampton has over prepared me.

Don't care to deliver a speech on dress code in academic seminar: you will be called the f-slur. Don't care to walk past athletes as they wait for their bus: you will hear overlappings of the n-word, followed by laughing. Or a troll-like girl calling you both these words as she heckles you in the hall. The only escape from the bigotry and hate is to report them to Safe2Say, the anonymous reporting app. Oh wait. I tried that and the police called both my parents and the parents of the assailant. So much for anonymity. In a word, this school is just flawed and full of hate. I hope that one day people don't call each other the f-slur, the n-word, or refer to me as a d*ck sucking wh*re. I hope that one day people will be accepting no matter their background.

Most teachers work well with students and are passionate about their job. The number and type courses offered are diverse with many to chose from. Sometimes the school board makes questionable decisions or you get a bad teacher, but overall I am thankful.

Not impressed. Not following the 504 for my child. Same goals every year with zero progress. Students with specials needs are ignored. I could write so much more about promises broken; lies told and so on... Things that would take them 5-10 minutes do not get done. Took my child out and moved to a p...

Our third child is currently enrolled at Hampton High School and we can do nothing but rave about how wonderful this school has been for them. It challenges them academically with many honors and AP courses available. The standard academic level classes also challenge the students to work above the...
