It is a good school, small so we have a lot of focus on students as individuals from teachers. Good teachers. Wish there were more extracurricular oppurtunities.

It's an alright school. There isn't much to offer unless you stay in Alpine for the rest of your life.

Alpine High School is a small school compared to others. However, the culture and ability to learn is great. The teachers come from all over Texas to help their students academically succeed. Teacher come from Texas Tech, University of Texas, and Baylor University.

Only 3 AP classes offered. The new counselor didn't even know how to submit transcripts to colleges and didn't care to find out, because they assume everyone will go to Sul Ross. Sports and Band are the main focus of the school.

Top-notch school! It's very true that it's small enough that kids don't get lost in the shuffle, but it's also true that it stands apart for its very caring faculty who really try to bring the best out in every child.
