Alvord High School is a good school that creates a safe environment for students and faculty. Like many schools in the U. S. Alvord lacks adequate funding across all areas of academia and extra curricular activities. Due to this there are not enough programs offered.

I love that the school District protects their students and have many Christian leaders within the district.

Most of the teachers at Alvord High are very understanding and understand that we have a life outside out school and don't give us much homework, but there are a select few who don't care if we have other things we need to do after school, they give us homework anyway.

Concerned that the administration fired the Physical Therapist for having a relationship with the senior but didn't contact authorities as they are required to by law. Very concerning that this small school covers for inappropriate behavior.
