So far at Amite High School I had no problem at Amite High School. Even with quarantine I always felt welcome , loved , and cared for. Since this is my first year there , I did not know what to expect. People always said that teachers are annoying or tough in high school , but not at all with my teachers and staff . My teachers and staff are understanding and sometimes can be tough on the students but that is how they show support to us.

I enjoyed my years at Amite High was the best experience of my life. My parents are also graduates at Amite High. If I had to do it all over again I'll still chose Amite High. The faculty and administration personnel are awesome. I also was on the football team and basketball team for 4 years I also did baseball my freshman year. The Coaches was so supportive and I loved playing for them. The care that they showed is no more than amazing. The teachers were there to educate us and they did just that but it's up the the students to learn what they were educating us in the classroom. I learned a lot at Amite High School. They prepared me for the next level that I will be experiencing in life. So I want to thank the staff at Amite High for being the best in my book.

How dare you keep a stellar student from walking across the stage at graduation over facial hair? Like really I swear K-12 educators are the stupidest people on the planet. Who was this student hurting with his goatee? What did it matter. 4.0 GPA and he couldn't march over facial hair? He's a young...

Amite high leaves alot to be desired. My child has been attending this school for 4 years now, and she is not prepared for college at all!! They need new teachers. The teachers we have had in the last couple of yrs were terrible and lazy. One in particular would allow the kids to cheat on papers and...

My school may not be the best, but it is a good school. People try to make Amite High School out of the worst school in the parish, but I strongly disagree with that. We do learn and our teachers and other administrators are working hard to install knowledge into our minds. Our school scores are als...
