The staff are kind and helpful supporters. The community at the school is inviting and energetic, and I couldn't ask for a better place to attend high school.

The teachers were amazing, they push you to do your best and want you to succeed. The teachers know their subjects and make school an enjoyable place to go to. The counseling center is also amazing and they are there to support and help you.

Anacortes High School is a very good school with awesome teachers and academics. Students are involved in many different activities, and the smaller student body makes for a better relationship between students, teachers, and other staff. The history curriculum could be better, and student voices are often not heard, but other than that it is a pretty good school.

Terrible. Do not work together with parents as a team.

Very poor. This school spends almost $17,000 per student, has high paid teachers which don't translate into better teachers. The only thing important is money. Your kids are better off in Mount Vernon or Oak Harbor or private. Beware!!

I really enjoy it here. The classes aren’t always the most exciting, but the teachers have really great personalities and usually try to make the learning activities fun. Most of the teachers are not burnt out on their jobs, which is also good.
