I love that Straughn offers a family environment. They always pull together to support one another. Also, the teachers are always so encouraging and are always willing to help their students.

Straughn High School is like one giant family. Since day one of kindergarden through my senior year. It's like being with your parents, aunts, uncles, sisters and brothers daily. We all strive to see each other through the day, and overcome any obstacles that come our way.

The thing I love most about Straughn High is the freedom to express our religion. We can pray at lunch, have Bible studies in the gym, and pray around the flag. I would not want anything to change about my school.
