There is a good atmosphere around sports especially football. The band is good. The food is below average. Teachers are mostly reasonable. There are a lot of very friendly and nice people. Overall not a ton going on its just average.

Pymatining Valley has its ups and downs just as any other school does, but at PV the way the downs are handled makes it a wonderful place to be. Extracurricular activities blend together to create families in their teams, and the teachers really do care for the students and make them feel like they are supported.

I loved that some of the staff were college instructors, so I received a better college-level readiness class when it came to Math and Science. I believe we could have improved equality between sports and academics, rather than valuing sports over academics. There could have been more funding for academics and academic based clubs, more encouragement for STEM classes.

A few days ago, I was asked about what's good about the school, and I couldn't find anything but my friends. There are a few good teachers, but there are far more hateful teachers and staff. I was bullied by my own coach for Jr. High volleyball, and she encouraged the other girl to be mean to me too...
