GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The school does nothing about bullying and the rampant misogyny and racism. They're too busy blowing their money on the football team that can't even win a game to actually put their money into important things like the high achieving programs that win their events and go to state and paying teachers.

I believe administration needs to treat the teachers better therefore we do not lose them. The turn over rate at Angola is astronomical and that is not okay.

Angola High School was a good. I had many unique opportunities that allowed me to get ahead in my high school courses. The advanced classes that have been very limited in the past two years, because of the lack of teachers. This is a non-issue for me because I can take classes at Trine University, but it will be an issue for my siblings if the issue is not resolved.

My child has been bullied so much in this school and they still won’t do anything about it, my child comes home crying begging not to go back to school and the staff just don’t care.

The staff and principal tracks heavin swear that this school is a safe space but it’s not. It’s only a safe space if you’re popular or rich or somewhat normal. If your so called “ odd” then you will face judgment from students and staff and if something happens like bullying, it will get brushed und...

As the years go by I can see Angola High school going into shambles, this school used to be fun, and a safe spot for kids. Now the staff there have worsen and the rules have became stricter for reasons unneeded. Not only are kids being forced to have “limited” bathroom breaks by teachers, but they’r...
