Wines Elementary teachers work together to review student progress and fine-tune their efforts to help students succeed. The school's core curriculum focuses on English language arts, mathematics, science, Spanish, music and social studies. Wines Elementary School also offers extended day activities for students including learning the basics of robotics. Wines Elementary is also developing a new therapy dog program. Some of the events staged by the school staff and volunteers include a healthy focused Run-A-Thon, evening concerts and a school spirit week with a different theme for each day of the week.
