All and all my experience at AJ has been good. There are problems of course just like any Midwest school they are severely under funded, but they make do with what they can. Teachers are some of the greatest I have ever seen, it is unfortunate that many of them have to buy all the supplies necessary to teach. None of the issues with this school are atypical of schools anywhere in the U.S.

Anna Jonesboro School is a great small public school to go to. They have great teachers and great sports. I am pleased with this school and their academics.

I would rate my experience at AJCHS 3 out of 5 stars. While there are several friendly staff members and fellow students, there are a lot of students who are not very accepting of others. I have seen several people being bullied and have heard very offensive "jokes" being made about minorities. It is definitely possible to have a mostly enjoyable time at AJCHS but some people can make being a student there difficult.

institutional leadership is only focused on its athletics department. The institution refuses to enforce bullying policy and many students are bullied heinously. The only redeeming factor of the institution is a exceptional Science and English department. The teachers in these departments brightened...
