Overall Annandale is a good school with a good learning environment. Most teachers are really helpful and actually care about the students.

The school definitely has its flaws, but It'd be a disservice to overlook every good teacher and experience I'd had. For what other schools look down on us for, we make our strength. My STEM teacher in particular has extreme pride for his students in competitions because what if we're comparably lackluster in funding? We sure have the brains and the spirit.

Our daughter loves her teachers and the courses offered. Annandale coaches care about their athletes. The school does try to connect with the community.

Total chaos with current principal derose and his administration. Crowded classrooms, some with no heat or air, unsafe halls, bullying in cafeteria. Teachers care, some more than others, but some good ones have left and so many seem stressed out and unhappy. Feels like school is coming apart. So gla...
