My experience at Valley New School has been pretty positive. It allowed me to research what I wanted in the way that was best for me. At times it was hard to keep myself focused but there was some support implemented. College readiness was less great, but they do have some ways to help.

Valley New School is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I could not have imagined myself attending high school anywhere else. This is my second time attending a charter school and the opportunities that I have opened up for myself have been beyond remarkable. There's so much preparation for college and for the real world that is employed for all grades. I've truly allowed myself to grow into the person I am today because of challenging myself with public speaking and through student-led leadership.

The clubs are amazing. I joined the Improvisation club and it was a blast! The best thing about this school is, if you want to start a club, you just go to the advisors and they will help you start one!
