The material taught at Appomattox County High School is very basic, the school does very little to teach the students anything beyond what is tested on in the SOL.

The teachers are very nice and are always willing to help you be successful. The guidance counselor is on top of letting you know which scholarships to apply for!

The students were generally not positive towards me, the staff was very nice, the school could use some sprucing up though, and the attendance policy was horrid.
