This school does not properly prepare students for high school. There are not enough necessary measures to prepare students for the colossal workload they will find themselves with in the 9th grade. The lunch options are horrendous and my child has come to me crying saying that he does not get enough recess. He has also told me that there is a lack of recess balls available as well. Teachers apparently threaten "yellow slips" for unintentional or even accidental happenings. The gym is very small and does not allow students to properly participate in a productive physical education class. They plagiarized Harry Potter with a budget "house system" that is simply a waste of educational time.

My children began 4 years ago at STM in K. I was searching for a faith based school where my children would be challenged and thrive. The teachers are accommodating to all educational hurdles and are eager to work through challenges that are individual and unique to each student. Class sizes are small and students are given ample opportunities for sports and after school enrichment activities.

If you have a child of color, avoid this school. They are known for running out families of color especially boys. Save your child's self esteem and avoid. St. Thomas More Cathedral School has been wonderful for our family. We switched from another private school 3 years ago and are very happy with the progress our daughter has made. The teachers have been amazing and the parent community is truly amazing.
