This school has a lot of cliques, racial tension, homophobia, and classism. Although the students are not particularly pleasant, the teachers and principal are very supportive and excellent at their professions. This was not the best environment because of it's social pressure, but the education is incredible.

Our experience with this school has been wonderful. The teachers genuinely care for the students and it reflects in the work they do and their attitudes about school. Our guidance counselor, Claira Domato, is very supportive, kind, and helpful. We feel very lucky to be part of this school.

Very underwhelmed with the quality of teachers at HCC. My sons 6th grade home room and lit teacher never bothered to learn her students' names! The Principal is very old school and should have retired 10 years ago. The assistant Principal is the one ray of hope. The community jokes that the message...
