When I first transferred to Armstrong I felt welcomed by the counselors and staff, I was scared at first but I quickly became comfortable with students and began bonds I'd never had before. The teachers were helpful and always seemed to want my best interest which inspired me to keep my work ethic up.

I think that the Robbinsdale School District needs to focus on dispersing funds better. Building up each program little by little would be better than spending all the funding on making one thing better while everything else is struggling.

I submitted the December 2019 review. Since then, this high school, school district, administrators and teachers have repeatedly let our family and community down. This school is poorly run, lacks cohesive vision and fails over and over again to identify let a lone achieve excellence.

We have had a great experience at Armstrong High School. Great community, great teachers and administration, great athletic and arts programs. Wonderful, diverse, challenging and representative culture preparing our kids to thrive in the world as we know it...as it is.

Overall I found the academics at this High School to be very mediocre. The student body doesn't show respect for the teachers, so in turn the teachers show no respect towards the students - which creates a terrible environment for learning.
