I have had an amazing experience with Ralston Valley High School. The club and sports diversity and inclusiveness is great. I play volleyball and have had a great and competitive experience with volleyball. We have had great seasons and won a lot. The athletic culture is very competitive and fun. We get decent funding and attention from the school. Some things that could be better overall is diversity. Id say I don't know or see a lot of different kinds of people everyday at school.

Overall, most of the teachers are helpful and want you to succeed if you reach out and tell them you are struggling. Sports are a very big deal at RVHS, and the students get very involved in the games

As a student at RV I must say the classes and academics are quite good and well rounded but we have the longest class times in the district and they just made them longer this year. There is a huge focus on their sports so the arts department gets little to no funding. Most of the teachers are good but if you have one you don't like there's nothing you can do about it and talking to the staff like the counselors does not do anything. There is a lot of homophobia despite what the administrators like to say and most teachers and staff like the resource officers don't do anything about it. The school is not very accommodating to those with neurodivergence if you aren't on a IEP or 504 plan. I chose to not be on it due to the fact that if I was it would limit some things for me like senior classes I could take. But it greatly has impacted my grades with no assistance from the school. Over all I don't like RV that much. It has some ups but it's definitely not the best school.

Couldn’t recommend this Highschool any less. There is a deep-rooted, Elitist culture at this school, where the admin and board is obsessed with vanity and image. There is a ton of wealth at this school, too, which just further reinforces the arrogant, unlikeable, and vain culture. The Principal need...

Great school for high achieving kids, but terrible for anyone with a 504 or IEP.

I'm a junior at this school, and I think my school is great. They offer a lot of advanced courses. Most teachers I've had are good. A lot of them do care for students. We get a lot of academic support, and I feel well-prepared for the future. I think if students are failing in this school they are n...
