This school is very good in terms of the academics offered. There are plenty of AP and AB Tech (dual enrollment) courses which have helped in improving my learning. I do feel however that we are not given enough time during class changes. We are given 6 minutes to get to each class but getting from one end of the building to the other end is almost impossible to do in 6 minutes.

TC has always catered to me in whatever aspect I need. The counselors are good at creating unique and personalized solutions for each students problems, but some are the teachers are harder to find that one on one assistance with.

I have enjoyed my time at T.C. Roberson. Sports and academics go hand in hand and we perform well in the arts. The school is a good place to be and everyone feels welcoming.

I would say that my experience at the school had been a positive experience. I've made a lot of amazing friends that I'm likely to be friends with for the rest of my life. Most of the teachers are always there to listen to the students for feedback or a concern. They truly care about the students an...

I have one child who has graduated and another now in his junior year at TCR. I teach Algebra at another Buncombe County high school. My children attend their home school rather than mine because put simply, TCR is tops when it comes to education and their sports programs are all top notch. People o...
