Its nice how the school is a tight community, you get to speak directly to your teacher and they can assess your knowledge, the only downside is for the money given to the school there isn't great facilities or sports or clubs worth the money that is offered at the school.

The campus is beautiful. The teachers and students are friendly. My child has really grown academically and socially since attending. They have so many options in a small school environment - band, robotics, agriculture, arts, surfing, other sports. We love APIS.

APIS students are each known and cared for. The class sizes are small and it is very easy to communicate with the faculty and administration. I feel that my voice is heard and that the school is always making decisions based on student learning. My daughter loves attending this school. It's unique to have a small campus with students from all over the world on the North Shore of Oahu. How can you go wrong?

Sure the environment is nice, teachers able to provide special support for students, with a tight knit community. But it is a red...

APIS is a gem. After recommendation from some friends who loved the school, we decided to apply. Our two children have gone there for the past two years and we do not regret it. Can you believe that kids actually want to go to school and learn?! They learn so much too - Japanese, Korean, guitar, swi...

Project base learning is excellent. They approach teaching holistically not merely teaching to a test.

The teachers truly care about the students at APIS. My children come home happy, and they are learning so much each day. The most important thing is that they love learning and exploring different passions. There is a reason APIS graduates do so well. I am happy this school option exists on the Nort...
