We found a GORGEOUS home in this school district. The property taxes were nearly 8k annually, when a similar priced home in the next school district is only 3-4k… the SCHOOL taxes ALONE are literally over $5,000 a YEAR, that is mind boggling!!! I understand the need for funding, but 5k a year? $6-$7...
