The best part of my experience at Athens High School is the community around me. Athens community is always supportive.

The students and teachers are great. Super sweet and makes it easy to make friends. The school building looks extremely nice. And the wide variety of extracurriculars is amazing. From welding and cosmetology, to jrotc and the health academy, there's always something that you will be interested in.

It wasn't very good. The first week I started counselors, teachers, and students made me go home crying everyday. I did not think it was decently ok until my senior year.

My daughter has special needs and is thriving at this school. Their SPED department, administrators, and teachers are all so supportive and motivating. Communication is wonderful, and we are all able to work together to make any changes necessary almost immediately.
