I used to go to a private school and had family that went to Athens. They recommended that we make the switch to Athens and it has been the best decision my family has made. I have flourished in this district and could not be happier to be graduating from this school. I have made friends with my peers and even my teachers. Athens has been a blessing for my family and I.

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this school. I have gone here since I was very young, and I used to enjoy it. Now, I have many frustrations with many of the students, staff, and administrators. Our education is okay, but some of our teachers and administration could be a lot more helpful.

Overall, Athens High School is a good school. Majority of the teachers there want to see you succeed not only in school, but in life as well. Athens itself is a good community, everybody knows everybody because it is fairly small. I think the biggest thing that Athens needs work on is the way they prepare students for college.
