Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School opened in 1962 and serves about 500 students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Saint Jude is fully accredited by Cognia Accrediting Agency and has been twice recognized as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence. The school’s STREAM curriculum emphasizes science, technology, religion, engineering, art and math, enhanced by opportunities to participate in visual and performing arts, service and leadership. Saint Jude provides electronic tablets for kindergarten and 1st grade students and laptops for 2nd through 8th grade students, getting kids versed in technology from an early age. Saint Jude School is committed to community service, and each grade participates in a service-learning project, organizing and getting involved in helping organizations in the community. After school, Saint Jude students are welcome to participate in various sports through the Jaguar Sports organization, part of the adjoined Youth Ministry of Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. With a well-rounded curriculum based in Catholic belief, Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School offers children an excellent start to a lifetime of learning.

Best part of the school is that it is the cheapest non-public school around. Other then the low cost nothing else is positive about this school. The administration is so mean and grumpy. The teachers seems miserable and out to get the students. The teachers and staff seem to want to screw the kids instead of cultivating the whole student. The education is subpar both religiously and educational. I was shocked to find out how many of the staff are not Catholic and so many of the ones that are do not live or believe in the doctrine of the church. The only reason I guess people send their children there is because they can not afford other private Catholic schools. So sad to see the state of this Catholic school.
