The best part is the amount of resources we have, especially as a first generation student, it´s hard to navigate the next chapter of your life alone. The worst thing is the students that make threats to harm at school on social media or bringing fireworks to blow up in the bathroom. I would like to see these kids learn from their mistakes and understand the consequences.

This is a great high school. My cousin went here a while back and now works in the school district and only has had good things to say. One thing that's great and rare is the incredible diversity. Teachers have FAILED my child since day one of coming to this school district. The teachers at Au High, will allow your child to fall behind and never email, txt or call you with concerns. But when YOU start asking the questions That's when they get defensive. It's a joke.

Good school. Lots of kids are in really tough spots (that isn't always apparent) which lowers the graduation rate, but it makes for a stronger student body. Not a vague experience, and exactly what I needed.
