Auburn Riverside is kind of a run of the mill highschool. My experience there hasn't been exceptional, but hasn't been exceptionally bad either. A few safety concerns in my time going there, and we were in the news because people kept breaking in. Besides that, I have had a decent experience. The best part of this school is definitely it's choir and theater program(s).

Auburn Riverside is far from the worst school in the district, and is actually one of the best public schools in the area. They have robust clubs and college readiness programs that prepare students for success, which were some of the best parts of my experience there. The worst experience was the ever increasing number of students who attended, leading to outdoor classrooms being added and larger class sizes, although I do not know how to easily fix that.

The choir program is led by Jon Stenson and he is an amazing choir director and teacher. He cares about his students and has made my choir experience amazing.

Auburn Riverside has educational tracts for college-bound, technical, and trade-talented students. I have been impressed with the AP offerings, the new AP Capstone program, and the sports medicine program. The staff are warm and responsive. Our family loves the diversity of this school, and how ever...

This is probably the best all around high school in the south king county area. Awesome teachers and excellent positive feel. Kids get engaged in positive activities... The vibe is to be involved and thrive. Pretty great place.
