The best part about Austin High School was how close knit the community was. While its in a small town, there are still some good opportunities here. The worst part can also be how small it is. There isn't a whole lot of diversity or people from different backgrounds. Lots of homophobia too.

My experience at Austin High School has been good so far. I am still enrolled at Austin, but the school is very nice and does great things for the students and gives them lots of opportunities. One bad thing I will say about the school is I feel as though the school staff have favorites of kids who do well in sports.

I have went to this school since kindergarten and each year has been absolutely amazing. I have met many of my best friends at Austin High School. Each teacher has made it possible to reach my goals. Every teacher encourages me to do my best and never stop until I achieve my very best. I play two Varsity sports and they have helped me in many ways. My coaches are also my teachers and they encourage me on and off the field. Austin High School has set the bar high and has made me realize that anything is possible if I set my mind to it. I am very thankful for this school along with the teachers and students that are here.
