GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Bad Axe High school is a small town school that I have grown to love. All the teachers here are very helpful and the athletic side of our school is very fun despite being very average. We've never had anything bad happen so I always feel pretty safe there.

My experience with Bad Axe High School has been overall good. Our sports teams are very solid and competitive every year. The food is the best part of the school.

Bad Axe High School is one of the most influential schools a child could be apart of. Having only a 1,000 student district, the connection of family is very present. Teachers want to see students exceed and work endlessly to make sure their students are ready for their future. Small classes allow for myself and classmates to learn at a rate which where they are comfortable.
