GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoy going to Baker High School very much. throughout my high school experience the teachers have made a very comfortable learning environment, as well as making the learning process smoother for both the parents and the students. If I could change anything about Baker High School I would change the over all feel of the school, schools are often made by the same people who make prisons, causing the students to feel imprisoned. But over all I like going to Baker High School.

Most all of the teachers are well put together and helpful, however the administration is not a very well functioning group. A con would include having only one counselor for the entirety of the 480 student population. Although some parts of the educational staff are limited, the BTI wing of the building is a very beneficial part of student's education.

I loved this school for the teachers, friendships I made, and the opportunities that I had to get involved in clubs/organizations. I grew up here, so I was able to make great friends and with the class sizes being small, everyone knows everyone which is pretty unique. I was hugely involved in extracurricular activities such and sports and clubs which really made everything worth while.

This school hands a large number of students a useless diploma. Very few graduates go on to college, and very few of those who make it to college graduate from there.
