GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Parents are what make this school go round. It is thanks to them that we have everything that we do and they definitely are so much more educated than those in the school board.

The sports are available to anyone who wants to participate. Coaches usually take the time to invite new people in and allow them in and teach them the skills necessary to participate. The school lacks the technology and support for the arts. Our school doesn't have a proper stage and is slow for the current equipment to be fixed or updated. I wish there was more after-school programs to help students with their academics.

For the size of our school it is safe. The teachers might not be able to support the student section if something was to happen. I believe that there should be a stronger and more enforced rules for the use of drugs and alcohol.
