GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The teachers at Douglass are really engaged and make me feel good about myself. They let me know how important my education is and encourage me. They always express how proud they are of me when they share my grades with me.

My experience with Frederick Douglass High School is that I love how the teachers and staff are so supportive. they helped keep me on track along the way to senior year. I met so many different people and got along with many as well. what I loved most about Frederick Douglass was how they had clubs and programs that would help give me a head-start to my career and I commend them for that. All in all, I loved my whole experience at Frederick Douglass high school and I don't regret being apart of Doug-nation.

Horrible. The leadership at this school holds no students accountable for their actions when they allow educators to. E assaulted at the students discretion. Pathetic leadership!!!!!

My child is apart of the early college program and have excelled in many ways from the program. It's good to hear my son share that his teachers are serious a...
