As far as bullying at my school, there is a lot of it. I don't know whether the principal don't see it or choose not to see it but kids get picked on for their clothes, hair style, personal life, grades, beliefs, and sexual orientation (sometimes). Personally, I chose to stand up for the students who are getting picked on because I don't like it and you never what hardships a person could be facing at home and then they come to school to be teased and they feel like no matter where they go, they can't get a break. My school do have 2 policemen on ground and 2 police cars in the front of the building but they rarely check for ID and sometimes our front door be unlocked. Half of the time it takes a while for the policemen to respond and the situation usually have excelled by then. The school nurse, however, does a great job and know her patients by name and make sure they are in school.

There are no clubs or teams at this school. There was a only a basketball and volleyball team for like half a year then it got cancelled due to funding. We have a gym but only under classmen can go in it and its not a lot of equipment to play with.

As a parent of a student in the first graduating class, this school has been the backbone and inspiration of its youth. The quality of teaching and leadership is outstanding compared with other schools. This is the school for parents and young people who put education first.

Our school has small class sizes and a small student to teacher ratio. We have very few discipline problems because our students are committed to their education and we have a high level of parent involvement. Our staff is state certified and go above and beyond to meet the needs of every student. W...
